Last night marked the television premiere of “Carole King: The Library of Congress Gershwin Prize In Performance at the White House” on PBS. Billy Joel was one of the artists who paid tribute to Carole during the event from the East Room at the White House, performing “The Loco-Motion” and a duet of “Crying In The Rain” with James Taylor. Carole is the first female recipient of the 2013 Library of Congress Gershwin Prize for Popular Song. Here are videos and photos from the White House in case you missed it!
