Due to a widespread technical error with Ticketmaster processing orders for the March 19th show at Madison Square Garden and the August 15th show at New Era Field this morning, during the pre-sales some fans were unable to purchase tickets. The technical error has now been repaired and you are now able to buy tickets through Ticketmaster.com without issue.
