Billy Joel will do double duty, inducting both his longtime guitarist Tommy Byrnes and singer-songwriter Elliott Murphy into the Long Island Music Hall of Fame on Nov. 8. The Long Island Music Hall of Fame was founded to pay tribute to the contributions Long Island artists have made to music.
