The great Fats Domino, rock and roll pioneer who penned classics like “I’m Walkin’” and “Ain’t That a Shame” and popularized “Blueberry Hill,” has died at 89.
Fats Domino was inducted into The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame by Billy Joel at the 1st Annual Induction Ceremony at the Waldorf Astoria in New York, in 1986.
